• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH IS ZERO FOR FREE USERS), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may give you additional rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

17. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
